We started in 2016 because the big alarm companies send a subcontractor and the electricians don't do software. Watchman Core is the crew in the middle: licensed for the security, trained for the automation, and small enough that you'll recognise us on the second visit.

Founder and lead installer
Fourteen years in low-voltage work in the city. Started at a large AV integrator and left because he wanted to be the person who answers the phone.
Marisol Vega
Automation lead
Lutron and Control4 certified. Programmed lighting for theatres before she programmed it for houses, which is why the scenes feel like scenes.
Devin Hart
Field technician
Runs the maintenance calendar and the van. Has the keys to more basements than most supers.
